Master Sustainability Plan development under way. Collecting data on electricity, fuels, water, solid waste, recycling, etc. Energy Management Intern provided an overview of his work, including representational data on carbon emissions, water, and solid waste/recycling usage.
Sustainability and energy conservation enhancements included in base design of future Harris Mill Road Fire Station.
Hosted paper shred/fill the truck event, where 6,000 pounds of paper were shredded from cars attending the event.
Sustainability staff worked with Smart Cities initiative on building automation pilot system at the Public Safety building.
